The food taste good, portion size is good even for a tall guy, and prices are really reasonable. Service is fast but somewhat cold. They could work a little bit on being a little bit more friendly and warm with the customers. Otherwise really nice spot.

Not great service. Asked the waiter for a bowl of rice and tea and it seemed he couldn't be bother. I was the only one here. I got the hot and sour soup and I was not good. Just put a bunch of hoisin sauce and soy sauce to make it better. Waiter was really in your face but he was quick about it. Pho 87 was much better I should have just gone there instead but wanted to try something different. Don't make my mistake. pho87 is a block away and much better.

Came in for dinner with my girlfriend. We asked if the back area was open, We like the back because they have booths. As soon as we got our pho the server came and told us that the back was closed and we had to finish our food and leave. We had been there for a total of 10 min. If the back was closed or it was going to close soon. They should not sit anyone there. We and another 4 top were pretty much kicked out without being able to finish our food or our beer. We have been coming here for 6 years. Very disappointed of what this place has become.

We usually order from this place about three to fours times a month for takeout. There are several Vietnamese places within walking system, but we come here the most. We rarely eat out. The images we took are an after thought after we have started eating. As you see the noodle soup is mostly done. The calamari is a to salty. The beef and the spring roll (not shown here) is excellent.

Questions & Answers

Why does your waiters give customer's their bill right after they ate and before they ask for the check? Why rush your customers when your place isn't even busy?

They're used to doing it that way because Chinese customers usually just want to eat and go quickly. Personally I like it because I don't want to chase after a waiter for the bill when it's too busy. Don't take too much offense, they're groomed to be like this.
