Unfortunately, as of the time we went, they don't take reservations any other way. I don't work for them though so things could've changed. Try calling them before the actual day you wanna go.
They build the reservation first come, first serve. They will give you an estimated sit time. But if you aren't there early, you won't even get that.

No reservations. First come first serve. You can line up early, they start taking names at 5 I believe.
