Don't know about delivery, but the last time I was there they had about 6 tables set up outside and we (2 of us) waited around 20 - 25 mins but the food is worth it imo
I was just there 2 days ago and they do have outdoor seating. However, it is such a hot spot that during the weekend it might be hard to grab a table without having to wait at least 30 minutes. They do have a policy of limited time of 90 minutes where you must eat, drink within that time frame and then give up the table to the next patron. Awesome churrasco!!
