Most items are nut free too, unless it's something that obviously contains nuts (like almond cookies). However, like others have mentioned, call ahead of time. Helene is very accommodating :).
The best thing I can tell you, is to call By The Way Bakery and ask questions. I know they are gluten free, dairy free and kosher. I would ask about all the other allergies!
