Just bring modem abd power cable there. Also do not forget your ID and address.

At the least, bring the actual modem, itself. Power cable, ethernet cable, phone line, and any potential packaging is recommended to be returned but not required. Either the account holder or anyone sent on their behalf can stop by the walk-in center and return the equipment.
