Can I go this center to pick up a Modem? The last 3 times I've made an appointment the service tech just rings the bell and leaves before I can get to them. I just need a modem as mine is not compatible with their service.

I think so but I would call and ask them if its an option at the store. I went there to swap a cable box that stopped working.
