Their standard answer to poor reviews is to apologize and send them an email to have the problem addressed. Has anyone done this? Was your problem resolved?

I had troubles with them. They delivered my furniture and it was damaged. After replacing the furniture ANOTHER FIVE times (and each time it was also damaged), I asked for my money back. They told me they would only give me in- store credit. After talking to many, many supervisors, I was finally refunded my money and will never shop in their stores again.
