Hi, I'm thinking about moving to this place. And could you tell me the truth about the alarm? I had never heard about it, this is new for me, so would the monthly rent plus that extra amount?

I live in an apartment here and it's not actually an alarm there's no extra charge it's just a door motion sensor for in-house use it doesn't report to the police and parking here is like fighting through the jungles of Vietnam but the place is nice

I use ADT ,I moved in 6 months ago and my parking spot is always empty .

Hello....I suffer from seizures and my air is out again. This is the 2nd time my air has been out. The first time the air went out was Jume 2 2018. We had to beg them to fix the the issue. Now it's July 22 2018 air is out again we called office to let them know about it, to have them call us back 2 hours later.. We were told that that wasn't an emergency, the only way it would be an emergency unless the inside became hotter than out side. Its 80+ inside This place is a RIP Off. Lived here going on three yts.....DOG poop every where. Dishwasher has been ragged since ivr been here.
