My glasses broke and I was wondering if I can get a replacement. United Healthcare paid for it last year. Should I call for an appointment to get replacements?

Same thing happened to my sons glasses and I also have united health they did replace them with the same exact frames. And he also always use this place for his eyeglasses.

Definitely call they are only seeing by appt and this way they can save you a trip if your insurance won't cover it
