Customer is subpar to extremely poor ... from phone attendants to in person service . My suggestion to them is to value the customers that have patronized their business and have spoken highly of their business in the past. You can’t grow a business without the loyalty of their customers. The guard at the door shows a sign of correctional facility not a visit to the ophthalmologist ... the ironbound does not put security guards at their eye doctor’s office ... guess they do it downtown Newark because it’s black people ... in case your business did not know black is beautiful and there are wealthy black people living within the city of Newark NJ ... that deserve more respect shown to them ... my other suggestion is ... don’t open up a business in a community where you do not respect the city nor it’s resident that inhabits the city it will make it easy on the residents and your business if you did not.

I have my eye exams at elegant eyes. It's convenient and efficient. Everyone is courteous and they take all the time you need to allow you choose the perfect frames.

Good Morning Mr. Milton, We do accept most insurances, private as well as medicaid and medicare. In addition to insurance we also accept Benefits Cards, Health Savings Cards and Flexible Spending Cards. Our private plan for payment is called Care Credit through Synchrony Bank and it allows up to 12 months of payments on whatever you choose to purchase. But overall to answer your question, No you don't need insurance to be shown the most exclusive and diverse eyewear collections in New Jersey! You should give them a call the snow is not that bad they don't like to loose money at all I've been going there since I was 8 year's old and you can pick up glasses on a Saturday with out an appointment

They do accept nj family insurance and hmos the only thing is depending on your insurance there's a small selection box
