Yes it is. Fyi - there are 2 entrances/exits - one at the front of the store and one at the "back" of the store - which is technically on the side of the building.

Yes the store is open and fully operational. The construction is for the top of building which i believe is for the hotel. Store ia open 9am to midnight every day.
