Depends on what you're buying and the quantity. Some are less expensive elsewhere, some are less expensive at Hershey's. And Hershey's is usually less expensive than elsewhere when you buy more than one. 3 for $12, buy 2 get 1 free, etc. And some items are only found at Hershey's. It's just a matter of comparison shopping if you're looking for something specific.
Nope. NY doesn't allow plastic bag use anymore. They have cardboard-like bags, which are actually pretty nice. They are similar to a gift bag. Also, there is a paper bag option. Or if you prefer you can purchase a "recyclable" shopper bag.
There are no chocolates by the dozen like that. It's a retail candy store with some small attractions. There are bags of Kisses, for one example, you can buy 3 for $12. Each one has about 60 Kisses. There isn't gift wrapping options. There is a place to make your own candy bar wrapper sleeve though. You can add a photo and small message on it.
Getting in is free. You will be welcomed with good chocolates free. After that your temptation is also free. Then..... Then what? You will free your self, freak out by buying more and more chocolates for enjoyment. !!!
Have seen small Hersheys chocolates, like momo shape. Are they available in NY Manhattan store? If yes, what's the cost? (& Weight: have to carry back to India)

I'm pretty sure you would order from their website, not their retail store.
Yes it is. Fyi - there are 2 entrances/exits - one at the front of the store and one at the "back" of the store - which is technically on the side of the building.
I don't recall seeing the peanut butter itself there, however they have many sizes & varieties of the Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. If you specifically want the peanut butter, you might want to call ahead & ask.
They probably will not see your message here as this us just a question /review section about the individual retail store on 7th ave in NYC. I suggest you google the Hershey Headquarters and write or call them there.
Dependa on size. Standard size is 1.25 or 5 for $5. King size is 2.50 or 5 for $10 or giant size which is $3.95 or buy 4 get 5th free. There is no $40 dollar alond bar. The 5lb milk chocolate bar is $39.95.
Majority of the products in the store are kosher. Not all. As far as bakery products some may be some not. You can call store and speak with cafe supervisor to find out. Don't believe there is a certification as it may not be all products that are kosher. For packaged product you look at end of ingredients there should be oud if you don't see kosher symbol at end of ingredients its not. Thats where the symbol is always ppaced if it is.
Its in midtown Manhattan. Recommend public transportation or taxi to get there. There might be parking lots in the area but they are expensive doesn't make it worth the trip.
Not Penn station. You can take n, q, r to 49st. E or c to 50st. 1 to 50st. B, d, f, m to 47-50 Rockefeller. Other trains to 42st and walk up. Store is on 47st and 7th ave
The new store doesn't have tables but there is a seating area. Located toward the back by the smores camper where you can purchase a big smore. There is also a cafe that has hot chocolate and coffee as well as some delicious dessert options.
