Nope. NY doesn't allow plastic bag use anymore. They have cardboard-like bags, which are actually pretty nice. They are similar to a gift bag. Also, there is a paper bag option. Or if you prefer you can purchase a "recyclable" shopper bag.

100% agree either Kevin. Their free bags are pretty nice but you can always purchase a reusable hershey bag
