To be fair, you paid them for a product and ate it. If it was the case where you didnt like the way it tasted you could have just taken that one bite and asked for your money. In another scenario if you can prove it was the sandwich that made you sick that's another story. We cant really validate your bad experience by saying "I ate it.... then threw up this place sucks because they wokt give me my money back." Doesnt really fly even on our side as customers.
In what alternate universe? I have never eaten a bad meal served up by this place, whether it was dine-in or take out, because everything is always fresh and delicious and dished up with love and pride. Unsolicited testimonial...✌️
