That’s ridiculous, I don’t live close by, all I needed to know was the actual size of the tv I purchase couple years ago , it eas a Samsung
They do not have a public phone line. Their website had live chat. If you live close just drop in they will be happy to help you.
There does not seem to be method listed for direct land line calls. I recommend go to their website, deject your store then open a chat session. It’s been useful for me.
