Before I purchased a radio from this place I spoke a few times over the phone to Hugo that works there and was guaranteed that the radio was in working condition. When I came to pick up the radio I noticed it was all dusty and asked him again if he is absolutely sure its working and his reply was "sure, guaranteed". Well, at the end this radio is not working and I am told that I should have looked at the receipt that indicates that electrical parts have to warranty! I was never advised or warned about it during my phone conversations or in person on the day I paid for it prior the purchase. That is misrepresentation at list. After talking to them this morning I have a feeling I am not getting my money back. They are just fooling customers with empty promises to make sale while acting friendly! Today I have to add that to their credit I have been offered a solution and hopefully my problem will be resolved.
