When it's time to recertify you get a recertification form. You will be asked to submit the necessary documents, the best way it's to go to the EBT center and get all your documents scanned, it takes only a couple of minutes. Then about two days later we need to call the given number for an recertification phone interview. If any more documents are required you will be informed during the interview and if everything is perfect in a matter of 10/15 days you will get a letter that you EBT has been recertified.
