Thank you for your question, John. We make everything from scratch using fresh and often local ingredients. The chips are hand cut and made in Tucson, the cheese is shredded by hand everyday to insure freshness, the sourdough rolls are made fresh by our bakery partner here in Tucson and the broth is made every morning with fresh chopped vegetables. It is also a 32 oz portion which can feed two adults. We don't include chicken with our tortilla soup but offer an option to add it. It is unfortunate we were not able to answer your questions at the time of your order because we may have been able to help. Thanks for being a good customer and we hope to see you again soon. Warm regards, Jason Owner - Eclectic Cafe
sounds like a question for the floor manager when the food was delivered. ranting on here after the fact is weak
I dunno what you ordered but whatever it was don't order it again because, everything I've ever had there has been decent sized portions. They do have "lighter" options that have smaller portions of their food available.
I found eclectic cafe to have nominal food as well. Wasn't bad, but wasn't remarkable either. Sounds like you got shafted.
Not quite the right place to complain here. Go to the restaurant's website (hoping they have one) and look for "Reviews" and post there. You will reach a good audience this way and hopefully get a response from the restaurant. We always look at reviews under the particular retaurants website for a pro/con decision. Good luck and hope you get a reply.
Try plazita cafe. Breakfast and lunch. All made from scratch by grandma. Nothing from a can or box. All fresh, best tortillas ever. Lived in Baja for 5 years and this is sooo close to being that good. Broadway and Sarnoff. You won't leave hungry or broke. BEST Mexican restaurant in Tucson, I promise.
