No they don't because it's a public park unlike the Ramada they're the only things that they allow you to reserve
I asked about that about 6 years ago by calling the park district..they said no then..so much son and a dozen friends plus myself and some other parents just went early we had place to ourselves for over hour.. Was good memories.. Perhaps they have changed policy I would give them a call.
