You are right. I had an appt at 12:30 p.m., it's now 2:00 and I still haven't been seen. They will make you wait all day. They schedule patients on top of each other. They should be reported. This facility needs to be taken over by another entity. These insurance companies and higher up officials should be notified. They should send in an under cover person to check it out.

You are so very lucky if you only wait 2 hours. And dont think that your luck will be better with a virtual appointment. I had a 2:pm appointment, it was after 5 when the first attempt to see me was made, And it wasn't even with the scheduled doctor. Does the owners REALLY care????, Lots of patients will be going.
