Depending on the time of day or if you plan on bbq on the weekends, it's best to go there early to get 1 or you can reserve 1

There are, at the various ramadas. It's a best-practice to contact Parks & Rec to reserve a ramada in advance, but its not a requirement. The park does get busy, though.
