We have them all through the night before trash pickup. Banging open lids, tearing open trash on the street. A mess. Police said, youve already called. They wont do anything. I understand the transients situation but we have to pay a small fortune for trash pickup. Plus they won't pick up if our lids are "open". But there are so mamy that pass thru the night. So frustrating. Plus scary!!
