Just to clarify, Joystick's official policy is 21+ after 8pm every day and we ID at the door. Anytime before 8pm, we are all ages.
Yes you can during the day. Kids have parties there.
I literally walked in with my high school friends & not a single person ID us. Only thing we noticed was some small chick going at it at Mortal Kombat. Besides that, fun place.
