Just to clarify, Joystick's official policy is 21+ after 8pm every day and we ID at the door. Any children in before then need to be supervised as we are a bar and not a daycare. That said, please feel free to ask any of our bartenders about their babysitting rates.
When I was there on a weekday afternoon, there were several young children there - with adults - playing games. If you look at the pictures I took and posted, you'll see kids. I don't know, however, what the policy is after dark.
