Am I the only one? Customer service is really bad here.

Food is great but customer service really bad? Servers and cashiers does not say hi or smile. Cashiers are always on their phones

I ate there twice. Food is great. Customer service is ok. I.E. your not greeted with a hi; just may I take ya order.

Lol maybe it is just me.

I've never had an issue there.

They treat me well EVERY time.

I think the customer service is good overall. I've been quite a few times
