I have been a customer for years and have always been treated with respect; however, today was the worst experience ever. One of the employees was very rude and therefore I am now taking my business elsewhere. Besides that, I was told that my product would be $84 for something that I paid $48 for previously in this same store. I left the store angry and will never go back. The employees need to be retrained on how to treat customers with respect.

A no-nonsense, quick, effective store. Make sure you have the model numbers for all appliances you need parts for. They couldn't help me the day I arrived with one part because I didn't know my model number, but they helped with the other simpler part. I got home in 30 mins and called with my model number. They offered to keep the part on hold until I can come get it in a few days.
