Tickets are free, though there are a couple of exhibits that require purchased tickets. Of course, they also accept donations.

There is a suggested donation for the ticket at the entrance. There are a few rooms (eg: David and goliath) that require a ticket that you can get at the front desk.

The tickets are free, and you have to go online and reserve the day you want to go. Also there are a few exhibits that cost money, which when you get your tickets online you can add to your tickets and pay when you reserve them. Also if you want a guided tour that cost $8, and that can be added at reservation as well. Lastly they have physical shows there too, that cost money as well.
