I was there on New Year's Eve. Very full, and still people were able to get tickets to enter. I'd still reserve ahead of time if you're making plans to be there at a certain time.

In the week of 1/9/18- 1/11/18 I went and I never saw much of a line. If you're planning on going soon, I wouldn't worry about reserving tickets because there's just not that many people there yet.

They would highly recommend that. If for any reason, you didn't reserve tickets, you dont want to be turned down at the entrance because there is not enough space

Yes absolutely. They have the available times online that you may choose from. Security takes a good amount of time to get through the entrance so be prepared for that. It's all worth it.
