Yes, there is at least one Starbucks-y kinda café with coffee, pastries, etc. There may be others (it's a big place and I didn't get to see all of it) but I know of at least that one, having gotten coffee there myself.
Nice cafeteria on top floor, good mediteranian food. Smaller cafe in basement
Yes, there's a nice cafe on the mezzanine level of the lobby and a very good restaurant on the 6th floor
Yes and two small cafe's that sell sandwiches.
Yes
Yes, i believe based on modern Hebrew recipes on menu, green teas or flavored, soups "good", standard beverages, salads, desserts, etc. Food is good!!!! 5th floor restaurant and bottom floor coffee shop like eating. Must see beginning on 4th floor to bottom.... schedule your time to see the topics you are interested in seeing, especially if you wish to read the commentary. Their staff lead tour with historian in worth the cost and time to understand the relationship of historical locations, displays and videos with commentary is likely the best I have viewed/listened to in any venue! If you plan to see everything, it will take two days with time to photo items of interest and read the plates, view movies, experience the staff reenactments of Jewish life and other antiquities!!!! Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!
