M - Th and we arrived 2 separate days, Tues and Sat., at noon and had no lines either day. As we edge closer to Memorial Day and more people begin vacations the # of people coming to the Museum of the Bible will, more likely than not, increase some everyday of the week.

Early is better than a specific day. We went on a Tuesday at 930am and there were no lines

I agree that Monday through Thursday is best,. But we went on Good Friday and expected long lines, but once we got through the ticket purchase, there was very little wait for the exhibits. It is a large place and we always found something without a wait. We didn't get to every exhibit though.
