Yes there are two cafes.
From museum website: Two: 1) Manna Museum of the Bible is proud to have Chef Todd Gray’s fast-casual food concept to help connect people to history through food. Located on the sixth floor, Manna draws upon the complex flavors and vibrant spices of the Mediterranean. 2) Milk and Honey The coffee shop, located in the entrance mezzanine, offers a quick retreat from your museum travels. Milk & Honey serves a menu of artisan coffee flavors, espresso drinks and teas.
Parking
Yes. I believe it's one of the top floors that has a cafe and restaurant style food and places to eat.
Manna restaurant; meditarranean fare, good food, high prices; they sell you water in a tetrapak box when you ask them for a cup! The alternative: they give you a cup and tell you to go fill it up at the water fountain by the restroom! Their fountain iced tea is $4.00!
Out side, yes
Yeah but the "loaves & fishes platter" only comes in one size.
