Bring an ID. You can be a member at tie their doors are open.
To be a member you just have to go when they open and walk up to the desk and they will register you and give you a library card so that you can become a member of all Alexandria libraries. To use the library facility though, you do not have to be a member. But to rent books and use a computer you have to be a member.
