I am not really sure what I got. I booked for a 120 minutes deep tissue massage. I got a long time of active stretching. Then gua sha, Theragun and other tools used then ended with a 2 minute oil rubbing with no actual massage which of all I could have done at home . I was really looking forward to relieving my neck pain and coming home to relaxing after a month of waiting. I still feel the same and my neck and back are still stiff. I feel so disappointed and sad. 😢 Yes! I haven’t gotten a massage in a year but I have had actual massages to help me relive some of the pain and was able to maintain it. I was at least expecting some sort of massage but there was literally none. All they did was tap me with bamboo sticks. Please If I had known it was like this I would have gone to the mall and sat on one of those massage chairs. I have had better massages on my nail salon chair.
