Why does the hours of operation say 5am - 12.i have gone by to go through drive through at 5:15 or 5:20. Monday - Friday for two weeks and i was only able to get something once. No one answered drive thru. Store not open so I went to wawas.

They're not even good when they are open

This particular McD's is very short staffed so the mgr who close if has to open will get there later to open. No help from employees

More than likely, someone didn't show up for their shift, which makes it hard to get everything ready on time

From what I understand opening from 5 to 12 means someone is in the establishment cooking and prepping doesn't mean that they have to serve at 5 a.m. so that is a little misleading when they do put out the signs saying that it's open from that hour to a closing hour some McDonald's have limited menus if they're open 24 hours so there's still some things you can't even get then I would suggest that if you have a complaint or if you just want to find out the next time you pass by there during the middle of the day stop in and talk to the manager
