They actually do have signs but they don't enforce it very much. I will tell people texting/talking to move to the lobby and free the machines for the rest. Works pretty much all the time lol

Just ask them how many sets they have left and plan accordingly. Try to work with them. Not a big deal.

I agree... I have noticed the same thing... I will ask if they are still using and make them uncomfortable where they will move..
