Great service! I was able to get an appointment fairly late yesterday for 930 AM today, Friday. When I dropped off the car at just before closing Thurs., Nathan still took the time to walk me through all recommended service items for my 2015 CR-V that would happen the next day and gave me an accurate price quote (while not insignificant, the car had been mostly sitting for nearly 3 years in a very humid climate, so I wasn't expecting it to be cheap--that said, it was even a little less when I paid today.) Keith was the technician assigned to my car for the following day (and had taken my initial phone call and pre-registered me) but Nathan texted me with the link to track progress and keep me updated, and I appreciated the tag-team effort on both their parts to quickly get my car worked on and enable me to then get my car in for WV safety inspection later the same afternoon, where it passed immediately. I took my boyfriend with me Thursday because he knows and works on his own cars (plus I needed the ride home :) ), but do not feel I was being "upsold," just was given sound advice. (This is the closest Honda dealership and service center to me in Charles Town but because it's located in VA, they couldn't do the WV state inspection.) I'll be back for future maintenance, having just moved to the area. Cashier was also very pleasant and efficient. Thanks, all!
