Place is honestly a scam. I bought 100$ worth of work out clothes from them and then when I brought some of it back to resell it cause it didn’t fit anymore they wanted to give me like 20$ for everything, it was like everything I had bought from them + more . Wild.

This place is a joke. Do not waste your time. 3 hours after the time they gave me for pick up. I call. They couldn’t find my ticket then all of a sudden they found it and it was done. I go to pick up my clear tote for them to tell me they could take anything. Mostly name brand. Once I get to the car I realized everything was in the same order I had it in. They didn’t go through the tote at all.

This has got to be the best platos closet I've seen in a long time..It's very clean & well organized inside. I had no trouble finding things in the store. Reasonable prices & cute items on the managing as well...qaThe sales lady's are right there to help you if needed..And they are pleasant to customers.. Well maintained store here.......why don't you send these lady's to clean up the harrisonburg store like this one in winchester...perphaps their store would be a pleasant one like the winchester one is.
