Hello I just recently got a new motorcycle no plate and as I was riding it felt off the motorcycle I have not been able to get to anyone to even make a complain. I feel so frustrated right now, what can I do all DMV customer service lines are down

You will have to buy new tags.

You can visit a DMV SELECT location and they can get you new tags but you may have to pay for the new tags. I was there yesterday and someone else was there that had the same issue except it came off her car and they said she had to buy new tags unfortunately.
