A friend and myself recently took a Saturday adult ballet class with Laveen Naidu and it exceeded my expectations. Having a background in dance, I thought it would be the same as other classes, but it was far better. He made sure to give individual attention to our needs and explained concepts in a way that made it easy for us to adjust our alignment for the better. The class was fun and he gave combinations that made us effectively use our cores. I highly recommend taking classes at The Saint James. I can't wait to try their many other adult classes!!!!

Because it's in the immediate DC area. Lots of companies do this. Six Flags is advertised being in DC/Baltimore but it's actually n Bowie, MD. It's close enough to that large city that ppl in DC and the surrounding areas can easily get to it. Duh.

We ha e 3 kids and 2 adults and it's something like $250 a month. It's a ton of cash, but they have some kids programs that are covered by that and we get 3 hours of babysitting per day. It really helps when we are doing our best to get a workout in. Orangetheory, Cyclebar, 24 hour, etc.is about $25 per session so we figured if we could get to the gym 5 times a month it would work itself out. Hope this helps.

Yes, I think it would be a blast. Call and ask them for ideas depending on child's age and gender. I can think of fun gymnastics parties for girls or basketball parties doe girls and boys or wall climbing parties.

This history is online on their website. They explain where the name comes from. In England its the ceter of attention. So they want rhe facility to be the center of attention in this area. Its a bold concept and undertaking given all the facility has to offer.

The Fitness Health Club is 24 hours as well as the Basketball courts and the indoor field.
