I agree, the lady at the front desk was very cordial, but when she joined the agents, it was an ugly experience. They do not have a good deal, they behave as if they had no education, not all are like that, but the lady of number 4 and the young man of glasses of the cabin 5. My advice to both is that if they are tired of doing paperwork, they Step aside and bring people like the pregnant lady of number 6.
I am not surprised that most Peruvian government workers are treated hostilely in Peru but I thought that Peruvian workers in the US would embrace American culture. I have to emphasize that 99% of Americans in public and private entities have a good relationship with the public.
Perhaps they should change them for Venezuelans just like in Peru.
