Yes, if you were to stand with your back to Thomasville road, RedEye is on the right side of the building, and parking is on the left side of the building. There is an indoor path through the building from the parking lot that I believe is more accessible for mobility devices. I believe it's a ramp the whole way.
There is good parking available on other side of building. I usually look for a shady spot but there is always something very close.
All around the area, just not right in front.. unless you're really lucky
I typically park along E 5th Avenue and walk across the street.
