Thank you for your answers, but 83 west IS pet friendly on our outside deck. This deck has shade from the sun, but is not protected from the rain unfortunately. This is the same for the rest of the establishments with outside seating on Dock Street- per the FL restaurant code, only service animals are aloud inside the physical establishment.
