Stayed in 2 bedroom condo. Nicely finished with kitchen, dining area, living room, two bathrooms and nice balcony with seating. No elevator so be ready for climbing steps. Saw lots of wildlife from the waterfront balcony. Nice community for seeing old Florida and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cedar Key is a great place to vacation, fish, drink and eat and not necessarily in that order. All the restaurants are good and staying in 10A at the Old Fenimore made it that much more enjoyable. Beautiful condo overlooking the water with a pool and dock to use....

The location was great. The view was amazing.The sign says luxury condominiums, so that was my expectation. The condo's are showing their age and the grounds are lacking. We just came home from a 2 week stay and the pool was dirty the entire time. The hot tub was not working. About half of the chairs at the pool were broken. Our condo 9D had roaches and ants. The AC doesn't go below 76. With all of that it does appear they're preparing to paint and make some upgrades outside. We were there in Off season. I notified the owner of 9D about the roaches and was told someone would be out to check it out. Never heard from her again. We set out roach bait and killed anything we saw for the last week we were there.

All units now have satellite TV, specifically Direct TV
Some units do allow pets, please, when you call the office to reserve, let the know you have a pet.
No elevators. Lots of stairs. The first floor starts on the second floor - parking is underneath the buildings on ground level.

There isn't a limit on vehicles, except for grounds constraints. Each building has 8 parking spots under the building, but there is ample open parking on the grounds

Yes, we have a small beach in front of Buildings 1-6. Please be aware that we are NOT a "pretty white sandy beach, with pretty blue water" type of waterfront. Our waters are more alive with march, oyster bars, wildlife filled estuaries and slightly tannic colored waters. Those sterile blue waters can be accessed via boat, either your own, or by boat tours
