I moved here three years ago it was great for the first two years the last year was terrible they let anybody move in, drunk people get high outside trash everywhere your laundry room is always dirty nobody ever cleans it after they use it. There’s never any parking because some people have two cars one of their cars has been abandoned for months and they never tow any abandon cars or motorcycles or even tell the owners to get their abandoned vehicles off the property. Everybody has a key to your apartment building that lives in any other building so anybody can come in that lives in Contempary Village complex and use your washer and dryer if theirs is being used or broken it’s absolutely ridiculous!! Anybody can come into your building that lives their, people steal your packages because they have keys to get in your building if you have a package sitting there they’ll take it, they have one maintenance person that comes every couple of weeks. All the walls ceilings are extremely thin if you live on the first floor you’re going to hate it people upstairs make all kinds of noise Stompin running around it’s terrible, they go up every year $30 for your rent it’s not worth it believe me!!! Use to be a nice place to live in now it’s trash!!
