I tried to take a stray starving very young cat/kitten and was tild by a very rude older woman at the front desk that cat's are considered a wild animal under DE law and that they don't have to help them so i should leave and just let it go they didn't care that it was so thin i didn't think i would make it. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!

Faithful friends or bvspca will help and i think the spva has a 24 hour hotline
