Basically - people are not bad but extremely disorganised and unaware of FedEx processes!! They could send the package because it was not legible, when I went there to check, they never put any Label!!! On top of it the refund process is unclear, they not only not have authority to process refund but are unaware of the process! Not sure how things are done here!

I never leave bad reviews, but I have to say that I am completely dumbfounded by what an absolutely awful experience I have had with FedEx delivery (or lack thereof) time and time again. If I could leave negative stars or angry faces I would. The drivers have stolen three of our packages in the last two months and claim they were delivered. Two they even said we signed for and we never did. You can’t get anyone on the phone to help and no one ever seems to know what is going on. I am totally disgusted. We have no issue from any other shipping service getting our packages to us, but they just can’t seem to figure it out…

absolutely ridiculous. The driver went by my house today without even getting out of the truck. directly marked the package as failed delivery when he didn't even attempt to deliver. i demand driver deliver today, trackign number 562026785375, fedex, if you are seeing this, you need to investigate your drivers. they are not doing their job. they are trying to fool customers.

Put a required signature on a package that shouldn't require it. So I had to stay home all day to wait for the package. the FedEx guy showed up at our place didn't deliver my package but marked it as a failed deliver with their scanner then just left when I called to try and pick it up from the location where it is being stored they told me I cant do that and have to wait for them to fail to deliver the package 3 times before I am allowed to pick it up. Worst customer service I have ever received over the phone. I would recommend you never do business with this company so unprofessional but that probably explains why they have only bad reviews.

Phillip, call before going to Fedex Center. They need to put the package on hold first.
That's happening to me right now I went to the FedEx office this morning because they said it's for pick up there but get there they told me it's on the truck and if I mis them to come to the office today before 730 because they close at 8pm smh it's been delayed twice
