Yes. Go to the store with someone who has a card, make your purchases and used their card. I go with my sister who has a card. I buy and she buy. Membership is free.

As long as you have registered business with the state and your federal EIN#, you can become a member at Restaurant Depot for free. They sell bulk to businesses. The quantities are normally larger than what you get at Costco.
