They open at 9 you must be there by 8 for a sign in .First come first sign up .Don't go past 8:45 because they only see about 15 people in morning and i dont know how many for evening.Be ready to wait a while after they come out for sign up.i was there before anyone and dint finish until 10:45 am I got there 7:45am nobody around until sign up time
