Since there's a delay in the mail delivery, can I pick my mail up? This is ridiculous, not getting your mail.

You can ask the post office to hold your mail and tell them your problem you could pick up your mail at the post office anytime after 11am

You would probably have to get a P.O box or something. I would just go ask at your nearest post office.
