There is a young man with a close shave that always goes above and beyond for me. He never makes a fuss about needing tape or spending extra time with you at the corner. If I see anyone else at the counter, I'll turnaround and come back another day.

The girl running the register was unnecessarily rude. She told me I had two mailing options but when she proceeded to ring me up there were multiple other prices on the screen. When I asked about the other options she got condescending and snappy. Not sure what I did to deserve such rudeness. I'm a single mom and like to know what I'm paying for. Will be taking my business to a different post office from now on.

I constantly find that my mail, including important and sensitive mail, has been placed in my neighbor’s mailbox instead of my mailbox. My name and address is clearly labeled for postal workers to view. I addressed this concern with the postal staff at my local post office site in my zip code and was met with apathy.

The lady at the counter was super helpful. Checked with everyone about my package. It was delivered the same day.
